Foreigners who would like to work in Turkey need to apply for a work permit, which is applied from Turkey but also can be applied from abroad by providing the appropriate documents. The employer must make the application online within 10 working days and convey the information and document to the Ministry of Labor and Social security in person or through the post.
Foreigners who receive the work permit need to enter Turkey within 180 days after receiving the work permit document. Then they need to then register themselves in the Address Registration System in Turkey within 20 days of entering Turkey.
