The Procedure of Receiving Citizenship By Investment in Turkey

The steps you need to take to get Turkish citizenship by investment are:
Step 1: Get a Turkish Tax Registration Number
You can get a Tax Registration Number from any tax office in Turkey with your passport and photos.
Step 2: Open a Bank Account in Turkey
You need to have a passport and tax number to open a bank account in Turkey alongside utility bills showing your current address.
Step 3: Find a Property Worth at Least $400.000
The property you need to invest in should be at least $400,000 with a Habitation License granted and a Title Deed and must be ready for an official valuation. After finding a property meeting all these criteria, you need to buy it through bank transfer, and the Title Deed needs to be annotated to show that the property will not be sold for the next three years.
Step 4: Obtain a Certificate of Conformity
The Certificate of Conformity is obtained by providing the Official Valuation Survey and submitting the receipt of the Bank transfer to the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.
Step 5: Apply for a Turkish Residency
You can apply for Turkish residency at the Directorate General of Migration Management with all required documents. After receiving the residency, you can now apply for Turkish citizenship to the Directorate General of Migration Management with all demanded documents.
