It is important to honor the elderly on Ramadan Feast. Therefore mostly the younger generation visits the elders. It is customary to kiss the right hand of the elderly and place it on their forehead. People greet you by saying “Happy Eid” which means Eid Mubarak.

One of the most beautiful traditions of Candy Feast is the tradition of children going from door to door in their neighborhoods and wishing people a happy holiday.
